The evolution of cork closures for sparkling wines
Our granulated stoppers are the result of cutting-edge technology and constant innovation in the manufacturing of technical stoppers. They are entirely made of granulated cork, derived directly from the manufacturing of the cork used in our natural stoppers. Thanks to the meticulous extraction of the cork bark, we ensure complete sensory neutrality in the final product.
Sparkling wine stoppers
Guaranteed quality and efficiency in every bottle
Each stopper has undergone rigorous controls for density, granulometry, and quality, guaranteeing impeccable wine preservation
At Parramon Exportap we produce our cork stoppers for sparkling wines from our own granulated cork, which undergoes several sterilization processes.
Being 100% cork from perforated strips, the cork maintains its natural properties of elasticity. This allows us to manufacture the stoppers without adding microspheres and with a much lower percentage of additional components than most stoppers on the market.
In addition, we invest in research and development to continuously improve our processes and products, this approach ensures that our closures are more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
The microgranulated stoppers composed of a microgranulated cork body and natural cork washers are specifically designed for cavas and similar wines, as well as for wines with carbonation (needle wine).
For wines with fast rotation, at Parramon Exportap, we recommend this range of technical stoppers. They not only guarantee a perfect seal but also offer outstanding advantages:
- Functionality: They have excellent elasticity and compression-expansion capacity, ensuring an optimal closure.
- Seal: Provide a perfect seal for both still wines and carbonated wines (sparkling).
- Value: Offer a good quality-price balance.
- Sustainability: They are recyclable and biodegradable products, made from natural materials.
